We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our cool team in San Francisco!

Here are the skills and experience we hope you'll have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience (administrative or operations focused initiatives, event planning experience is also a great plus).
• Bachelor’s degree with a proven track record of academic success.
• Strong empathy. You can easily recognize and anticipate your co-worker’s needs.
• Passionate about creating a pleasant culture and work environment.
• Ability to work both as an individual and a team player.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, and a can-do attitude.

Here's what you'll do as part of the team:

• Schedule meetings and travel for CEO, as needed.
• Take notes during key meetings.
• Plan and execute company events.
• Onboard new employees to ensure their experience is positive.
• Be the first face each guest sees when they enter the office.
• Manage Talkable vendor relationships.
• Manage Talkable contract review process.
• Ensure the office is well stocked with supplies and food.
