The History
2010
Founded
Talkable was founded in Berkeley, California as the first referral program software provider by Ruby on Rails developers and serial entrepreneurs Allan Grant, Jeff Yee, and Nori Yoshida. Within a week of launching, Talkable had already been integrated into several online stores across the US.
2011
Completed & backed by Y Combinator
After successfully completing Y Combinator in 2011, HQ moved to San Francisco, California, and became a hot topic among investors. The founding team quickly expanded to include Dominic Coryell and Bradley Kam in the US, and Bogdan Gusiev in Ukraine.
2013
Established office #2 in Kyiv, Ukraine
This team defined the values that make Talkable what it is today: quality in everything, focus on the long-terms, and stability to drive customer value.
2017
Go Ahead Ventures invests in growth
In 2017, Talkable attracted $2M from Go Ahead Ventures to support multi-product development and overall organizational growth.
2020
Adds Loyalty solution to suite
Talkable remains a key innovator in advocacy and loyalty marketing. With 2 offices, 80+ employees, and 250+ clients around the globe, Talkable is positioned to enhance on-site experiences for the world’s top eCommerce brands.
