Ukraine Based Openings
Campaign Manager (Remote)
RemoteDuties & Responsibilities:
- You will create marketing strategies for Talkable clients together with our US Customer Success Team.
- You will own the execution and optimization of referral marketing campaigns.
- You will combine data analysis and client feedback to configure, operate and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives.
- You will also provide valuable feedback to clients about campaign performance and optimization.
- You will communicate and collaborate with internal teams to help define features to improve the Talkable platform.
Front-end Team Lead (Remote)
Remote- Work on Talkable platform frontend.
- Create new and maintain existing functionality.
- Write unit and render specs.
- Be responsible for technical decisions.
Ruby on Rails Developer (Remote)
RemoteDuties & Responsibilities:
– Work on complex features for high load Talkable platform.
– Create new and maintain existing functionality.
– Optimize the platform’s performance.
– Perform a code review.
– Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle to help create solutions that actually solve problems, not just resolve tickets.
Technologies:
– Ruby on Rails: ~120 000 lines of code.
– MySQL: DB size is ~3 Tb.
– RSpec: ~5100 tests.
– Sidekiq: 3 million jobs per day.
– ReactJS.
– CircleCI: continuous delivery ~5 releases per day.
– Application Stats:
Workload: 35 000 RPM on average, up to 120 000 RPM at peaks
